I download and enabled the disqus module on Beta 14 and did not work, the disqus comment element is not appearing

I decided to try on previous versions and found also beta 13 & Beta 12 shared the same issue.

After a search about what was changed in Beta12 I found this change record Introduce placeholders (#lazy_builder) to replace #post_render_cache
