You are not authorized to view this page after dashboard login

Dear Support,
This question is asked many times here and I followed all the workarounds to fix the issue even session table repair, cache table, inserting rows in to node_access table etc but nothing was working. I have two sites and both are point to same db one site working fine and second site is showing "You are not authorized to view this page" message. Could you please tell me how to solve this issue? I trying to since last 4 days
