How to add "Footer Teaser" content?

Hello Guys,

Today I reinstalled aGov and I started to populate it with content.

While changing content worked even with example content, following the advice to "disable example content" threw everything out.

I'm glad that I played a bit with it to get myself familiar with everything.

Right after I've been able to add content and various components back to the page.

I'm having a problem with the 'Footer Teaser'.

When I go to:
Home -> Administration -> Structure -> Views -> Footer Teaser (Content)

I'm unable to see how I could add content to it.

Before disabling the example content I took a screenshot of the "footer teaser" editing page.

Now I have that exact page but without the "Content" section. All I could do is to change various settings or the "Title".

Should I add the 3 content elements as blocks or what should I do? If I add them as blocks, how could I assign them to the "Footer Teaser" view?
