Hello guys!

I am about to propose add this functionality: #2553775: Create UI to view field type, widget and formatter plugins to core or at least to Devel module.

What do you think?

If it is ok to add this to Devel, I'll reroll patches.

If you prefer this to be added to core, please help to bump it there.
