Just updated to 7.x-3.29 from 7.x-3.27. Front page now has "create a post" with media options and group options exposed. It takes up a lot of room compared with the small box from 3.27.

Also neither "customize this page" nor "change layout" work anymore.

No errors were generated during the update. Suggestions?
