HTML ad is never displayed in all situations

This is for the D7 "back port" version (1.x-dev).

No matter what I try, the HTML ad is never displayed (in a block, no matter the setting).

In the Content type Display settings, no "HTML Ad" field is shown. The only display option is the AdGroup taxonomy I inserted manually.

nb: the Ad.module administration menu is also invisible (admin/content/ad).

In any case, I suggest eventual maintainers or contributors focus on the full D7 version (2.x-dev) which is currently not functional.
