Policy Violation: 3rd party materials in TB Blog Git repo

The theme TB Blog comes bundled with the following 3rd party font:

1. Bebas Neue. © Svetoslav Simov / Fontfabric - Fontfabric License v1.00 license - http://cgit.drupalcode.org/tb_blog/tree/fonts.

This project will be tagged as unsupported unless this 3rd party font is removed from the repo.

Redistributing this as part of your project clearly violates this part of its license:

This font may not be redistributed, shared, repackaged or included in any online or offline archive, font collection, web site or CD-ROM without written permission from Svetoslav Simov / Fontfabric.

In addition, the origin of the images in the project's images sub-directory is not stated. Please list all the images that are own work in README.txt and make it clear that they are licensed under GPLv2+. Please remove any images that are not own work.

Third party code/assets is not generally allowed on Drupal.org and should be deleted. In addition the license for the font also violates policy, since all files hosted on Drupal.org must be licensed under the GPL V2+ license.

For easy to find js/fonts/icons/images, the recommended method is to provide users with download and install instructions in the project's README file.

Please note:

This policy is described in the 3rd party libraries and content on Drupal.org. It also appears in the Drupal Git Repository Usage policy you agreed to when you signed up for Git access, which you may want to re-read, to be sure you're not violating other terms.

The Drupal Association recently approved a Licensing Working Group with the authority to finally deal with issues like this. #2553865: Multiple policy violations in projects owned by ThemeBrain is the parent issue in the LWG queue.

Once the process is established for dealing with violations, if the maintainers of the project do not resolve the issue the project will likely be unpublished and a notice will be posted to the project page.

More importantly, the maintainers who violated the Drupal Git Repository Usage Policy risk losing their git privileges.
