I am using latest wysiwyg dev "7.x-2.2+63-dev" of 2015-07-03 with CKEditor 4.5.1.a513a92, and I get loads of error messages in log when a non-admin user tries to use it on a node or comment.
Notice: Undefined index: format in wysiwyg_pre_render_text_format() (line 222 of ..../sites/all/modules/wysiwyg/wysiwyg.module).
.......
Notice: Undefined index: #id in wysiwyg_pre_render_text_format() (line 268 of ..../sites/all/modules/wysiwyg/wysiwyg.module).
More info: I am using it on "Filtered HTML" format, and also using insert module ("7.x-1.3+0-dev") to enable user place images within text.
