Chosen doesnt apply to select lists that are hidden initially on load when using webform conditionals

Installed the module and all worked perfectly with Webform (and even Webform CiviCRM), love the drush library download, but unfortunately any select lists that are hidden initially on page load do not get the widget applied, even when revealed by a condition being made true.

i.e. if user select "yes" then show country field - then country list will not have chosen applied.

NB users should note that you need to configure the module on the [yoursitehere]admin/config/user-interface/chosen page to show for some conditions if your select widgets only have a few values.
