Using a hook_preprocess_nodequeue_arrange_subqueue_form_table it's possible to alter data in the table, but any attributes passed in are ignored by the theme function.

This patch fixes this by taking classes from the #attributes array and using them as the base for the row classes if they aren't empty.

Will post a patch for 3.x after.
