I want to provide supplemental info to new users via an email (separate from the system generated "Welcome: Awaiting approval" email. This email is triggered on "User TRIGGER: AFTER CREATING A NEW USER ACCOUNT".
Prior to adding this triggered email, Admin got the "system email" of new user awaiting account approval.
After triggering the Supplemental Email (which worked fine), the System Email is no longer sent to Admin.
Oddly, NewUser DOES get System Email that their account is pending Admin approval.

Steps to reproduce:
1) System generated "Welcome: Awaiting approval" email; functions properly.
2) Create an "Advanced Action" to Send Email to new user.
3) Trigger email (2) on "User TRIGGER: AFTER CREATING A NEW USER ACCOUNT".
4) System generated email (1) no longer functions. i.e. email is NO LONGER SENT TO ADMIN!
