We are using Organic Groups and openpublic theme. Using press release content type when posting new release , we have an option to assign to a certain bureau using Group Audience in this process the recent log messages is showing a warning related to theme:

"Theme Hook field_issues not found"

Any clue from where this is popped would be highly appreciated.

None of these things are part of OpenPublic:
bureau
openpublic theme (possibly you meant spartan?)
field_issues

This is most likely a configuration issue. Feel free to reopen if you think I am mistaken or if you have any more information.
