I'm not 100% sure about what you want to achieve, but: you could give it a try and add a regular rule (admin/config/workflow/rules/reaction/add) using the "Ultimate-Cron maintenance tasks are performed" event (provided by this module) as the trigger and 'schedule' this rule to be run through ultimate cron (admin/config/system/cron).

My guess is: if you schedule all (or some) of your rules to be run at the same time, ultimate_cron will do so.
