I am offering to become the maintainer of the OpenCalais project here on Drupal.org. I have done a lot of work on this already via my github account located at:

I would love to be able to post that work here.

I have contacted themaintainer directly both here and attempted to do so at his phase2 email and general contact on their web site and I have had no returned emails
