I installed the system update SA-CORE-2015-002 a few weeks ago and then when the website is viewed on mobile devices it isn't responsive any more. Does anyone know the reason and the solution to this?
Sorry I'm still new to Drupal and the theme was designed by a web designer.

Thanks!

No. Guessing, it is using a core theme and was responsive because someone had modified that core theme. As expected, all changes to core themes are overwritten during an update. If it is not using a core theme, my guess is clearly wrong.

Thanks!
I don't think it's a drupal core them though. The theme was designed by a web designer especially for the website.

It helps if you mention the theme? A link to the website could also be useful.

Have you run update.php?

Have you tried clearing cache?

I did run update.php after copying the new release files into my directory

It's responsive for me. Are you maybe looking at it in IE?

Thanks so much for checking for me. What phones are you guys using, if you don't mind me asking?

We've tried it on 3 different iPhones - 4, 5 and 6 - and cannot get it to render responsively. It works in Google's emulators just not on the handsets.

Thanks for any other insight / help you can offer.

Your theme is missing the viewport tag. It is difficult to see how this could have been caused by update, unless there was some module adding it which had bee incorrectly left in the modules/ folder (should be in sites/all/modules/ for most sites).

Thanks for all the help. Was going through viewport tags etc, but a later update seemed to resolve the issue for us.

Thanks again.
