After installing and enabling the Kaltura module (version - 7.x-2.1), while registering on New Partner Registration, error occured and unable to proceed.

The same problem.When I was finishing the forms of NEW PARTNER REGISTRATION or EXISTING PARTNER REGISTRATION,then click the submit button.I got a HTTP 500 error. The log in apache is "180.153.201.216 - - [19/Nov/2015:15:30:09 +0800] "POST /admin/config/media/kaltura HTTP/1.1" 500 5 "http://v.xmu.edu.cn/admin/config/media/kaltura" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Trident/7.0; rv:11.0) like Gecko".
