Views Bulk Operations has effectively EOL'd, unless a new maintainer can be found: #2516976: Fix security issue and make release to bring back D6 releases

Therefore COD 6.x is kind of in trouble.

The cod_events module depends on views_bulk_operations in its .info file, in order to support the cod_signup_user_vbo_admin_list view.

Since the site I'm maintaining is for archival purposes only, I've changed the view to not use the VBO display, and changed the dependency of cod_events. But this isn't a lasting solution, obviously.

Looks like Jon Pugh has taken over maintainership of VBO for 6.x. Woot!

Marking this fixed, even though there might be issues with the new VBO release and COD. File those in other issues.
