Drupal\views\ViewsData::__construct gets the configuration, no matter whether this service is actually used

Proposed resolution

  • Discuss whether the setting is helpful in the first place. You could have a custom cache bin, if you really care
  • In case its actually helpful, at least move the config get to be lazy.
