This is a mix between a bug and a feature request, but it turns out that when using the type of "Circle" in a feature set, in the newer version of Leaflet (0.6.4 & up), this actually breaks the map. I found this is actually now considered a "CircleMarker" which luckily takes the same arguments.

This doesn't affect any existing functionality since it doesn't currently exist, and might help some others along the way.
