All Backdrop issues should be reported via the Backdrop issue queue, not the Drupal issue queue. The code bases are not the same.

Yes, you are right.
I was not able to find the Backdrop issue queue (or Backdrop Support Forum) and decided to report here.
Pls, if its not difficult, could u direct me to the Backdrop issue queue so I could ask my question over there?

No clue where the backdrop queues are. Try github.
