Change author of organization node

From what I can tell, it's not possible for an organization node author to transition the node to another user. This is necessary when the author of the node leaves an organization and would like to change the author so that the organization can still make changes to the node.

I'm currently set as the author of https://www.drupal.org/node/2458049 - please transition this node's author to user kevincrafts (uid 1201674).
