When I add the "order contains a particular product" condition and attempt to use the >= operator disappears from the overview screen and the rule does not function. If I change the operator to > it shows up in the overview screen and the rule functions as expected. This is a pretty simple workaround and solves the problem, but it took me a long time to figure it out so I thought I would post in case anyone else is running into the same issue.
