AdvAgg: Async Font Loader:
"To use fontfaceobserver locally fontfaceobserver needs to be placed inside the sites/all/libraries directory so sites/all/libraries/fontfaceobserver/fontfaceobserver.js can be found at that location."

Upload fontfaceobserver.js:
scriptlocation

Back to /advagg/font:
no more option

I have done in the appropriate directory file. What should I do to make the file is loaded locally and not external?

It's looking for package.json as well. I'll update the admin section to point this out.
