Expose manual thumbnail path to File (Field) Paths customization

Hello,

I'm not using the transcoder option so I manually upload thumbnails which are stored in files/videos/thumbnails folder.
I also use the File (Field) Paths module to both rename the video file and put it in the folder I want.
Could it be possible to expose the manual thumbnails path to File (Field) Paths settings so I can rename them accordinly to the video file and store them where I want?
The settings should appear at the field settings level.
