Error Notice Undefined index submitted

Notice: Undefined index: submitted in _exclude_node_author_preprocess() (line 99 of /home/davs/www/sites/default/modules/exclude_node_author/exclude_node_author.module).

Notice shows on node page but not when module used on front page. Only seems to happen if "Do not hide author from users with "Administer exclude node author" permission." is selected. As such this should only be shown to admin level users. Does not seem to affect functionality.
