For a couple of days now Mollom content moderation is on for issue node form and issue comment form. It does not appear that any issue submissions are actually checked though. Probably because issue node form is heavily customized to also be a comment form.
There were about 10 spam issues created in Webmasters queue this morning by 'authenticated' user without confirmed role. There is no log record about Mollom ever checking those.

drummUnfortunately, this kept the Mollom default behavior of unpublishing nodes. The last commit has been deployed to fix this.
