Changing og_group_ref Entity Selection mode in another content type breaks Views Tree.

Hi, I love this module but I've come across a snag..

I use views tree with Content Type A no problem.
But with Content Type B which I don't want in a tree, I want to use an entity reference view for my og_group_ref. This breaks functionality across the site. Filtering in the A view doesn't omit the B error.

Is there any quick way to limit Views tree by content type so I can leave out B?
