Minor issue

I notice that if the Shortcut module is uninstalled. The css does not shift <body> up. Instead there is a 34px gap between the Admin bar, and the top of the body.

This looks like the class toggle-drawer is being incorrectly added to the <body> tag. Yet I cannot find in the code where this is added. Removing this class from <body> fixes the problem.

EDIT: Looks like this is actually a bug in core. But I wonder if there is a workaround we can include in this theme.
