After installation of CM "Search" and "Mini Contact Form" blocks are always displayed even though they are not assigned to any region; even changing theme doesn't fix the issue. (minor: I also get the warning described here: https://www.drupal.org/node/2303471 but on different blocks)

Hi davidegalletti,

In Cm, blocks are managed via the context module. The Search and Mini Contact Form blocks are part of the sitewide context. Go to Structure > Context, and edit the sitewide context, to move or remove them.
