I believe this is already fixed in the dev version of the bootstrap_tour module that will be included in v2.43. You can try updating your bootstrap_tour module to the development version and see if that fixes the problem.

Also, be sure your site has Clean URLs enabled. I noticed you have it installed in the /intranet path and this won't work without clean urls.

Finally, please do not mark support requests as Critical.

Hello mpotter. Im really sorry about the critical support request. I just did not know what to choose. Excuseme please. Im new about using drupal cms and oa exactly, and I really do not know how to update a module considering that when a I click on admin menu, it does not show me the menu options to navigate to the different options it has. Is there other option to do that?. And how can I Clean the URLs. I really will appreciate your help. Thanks a lot and excuse me again.

I recommend doing some general Drupal Google searching.

For clean URLs, go here on your site: /admin/config/search/clean-urls and it will tell you if it's enabled and if not, give you a link for more help.

You can also go to the Admin menu, go to Reports, then Status Report and get a bunch of info on what might be wrong on your site.

Since you don't have experience updating a module I suggest you just wait till the 2.43 release of Atrium comes out late next week.

Ok. I will wait till the 2.43 release. Thanks a lot.

Marking this as fixed since mpotter says the warnings are fixed in the latest dev of bootstrap_tour.

Hi friends. I have just installed the openatrium-7.x-2.43-core on two diferent enviaroments. one is Linux ubuntu 14.04 and the other is Rhel 6. The one in ubuntu is to have a installation to be learning a making changes before to go to the real server of my company, the one in rhel 6. In the previous post, last thing I wrotte was that I was going to wait till this release cause I had some problems with the previous releases. But infortunately in both enviaroments I continue having problems. In ubuntu despite de last release it continues showing the same red page with all that lines that I posted at first. Then when I went to admin/config/search/clean-urls, I recieve the message the image shows. In Rhel 6 in the last step when I clicked on save and continue and It suposes to show the status bar, the page got in blank and the process ends there.
Please friends, I know Im not a very advanced user, but I've tried to install the oa several times cause I want and I need to implement an intranet here in the company I work.
I REALLY WILL APPRECIATE YOUR HELP.
And excuseme for my english.
Bye.

Hi Edy,

Same error for me. I cleaned the cache and try different install. Error still there.

Edy, MPotter,

For me it's sorted using feture recreate : /admin/structure/features/

og_example

/recreate

Thank to Angus who help me.

mpotter’s picture

Can you explain in more detail exactly what you did to fix it? The og_example module is disabled by default so I don't see how recreating that would have any affect.

I get advice for sort issue here :

https://groups.drupal.org/node/473568#comment-1113603

And when I looked the command "drush fra", I saw it a feature refresh command. So I'm going on my website to :

/admin/structure/features

Here, I saw : OG example, conflit in red.

So I decided to click on "recreate". And after that, all errors message dispear.

I have to said I'm just beginner. So, I did the action without really know it will be sorted :/

mpotter’s picture

OK, thanks for the info. Sounds like the recreate just had a side effect of clearing the features cache.

The OG example module shows as "conflict" in red, but it should also show that it is disabled. So while "recreate" might have changed that module on your site, since the module isn't enabled it won't cause any problem.

But "recreate" isn't the same as "refresh" which is poor terminology for Features. The "drush fra" command actually stands for "Features Revert All", but you can't do this from the Features UI (you can only revert individual features).

I suggest you do some research and reading on Features and Overrides since those will be important to understand in the future when updating your Atrium site to avoid losing any site-specific changes.

Hi FDU98000, mpotter. Well, about that problem, what I did was to disable the oa_tour_module, and it works. Don't know if it was the correct solution. And about the features I added an image of that structure in my website.
I would like to ask you too about a problem. When I click on the create content button, it shows me the + and New space, but when I click there this is what happen (Image).
THANKS A LOT FOR ALL YOU HELP AND SUPPORT!

@Edy1981: you should't ask new questions in a fixed issue but instead open a new issue for each question. Almost noone reads these. But that is a javascript error, try searching the issue queue, there should be similar issues about it.
