Upgrade all Recaptcha modules

Seems as though when install kplatforms it does not use the recommended version of recaptcha which is strange. It defaults to the 1.x versions for both 6.x and 7.x.

Today I received an email indicating that google is encouraging people to upgrade to the latest recaptcha (which makes sense since it's a lot better).

I pinned recaptcha in both 6.x and 7.x to the 2.x version which I don't see as being a major issue for sites to change over.
