The command "drush cc all" would report "No Drupal site found, only 'drush' cache was cleared." When using Amazon RDS as a database and no mysql is installed on local machine. Without mysql installed, drush is able to do "updb", but not clear cache unless mysql is installed locally (when using RDS).
