Make sure you have the library installed and permission set correctly for the role you want to view the button.

without having changed anything suddenly the button is there ... in the lower left corner.

but still want to ask how to install the libary ?

Yeah that's correct.

As uid 1 you should be able to see the button without any permissions configuration, any other user will have to have the permission set.
