Problem/Motivation

When running the TokenURLTest, it complains about missing tokens and wrong ones. It only happens with chained tokens which are generated in token.tokens.inc on line 785/791. The first token is missing completely and instead appears in the second position, it continues with the following token (3rd empty, instead in 4th position).

Fix the bug, provide patch, review, commit.
