After updating to version 7.x-2.0-alpha9, the RSS field "Author name" (dc:publisher) is not imported anymore.
We use the node processor and map the Source "Author name" to a node field, which remains empty after the overall successful import.
The import still works as expected on alpha8.

Are you using the Common syndication parser, or the simplepie parser?

I cannot reproduce this issue: neither on 7.x-2.0-alpha9 as on the latest dev. If this is still an issue, can you provide an export of your importer + a sample file?
