How to use remote lookup?

Hi,

I'd like to import Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) classification to a taxonomy. I found it at the Library of Congress. As far as i understand, I can import it through the remote lookup function of Taxonomy XML module.
I installed everything (including ARC library and RDF Extensions module) correctly, filled the fields on Taxonomy > Import page, but there is no Submit/Import etc. button I can click on.
