They have two methods of transaction Standard and Direct. I need Standard method. Description of API for Standard method starts at page 11 of this API developers guide.
Can someone help me develop this module? If you need translation let me know.

XanoWelcome to the Payment issue queue! Unfortunately, this is not a feature that belongs in Payment itself, but in a third party contributed module (Payment itself contains no third party integration for any payment method). This issue queue is also no market place where you can hire someone.
I suggest you use the Marketplace to find a developer who can build this for you. Once the module is published, I'll happily add a link to it on the Payment project page.
