I'm looking for somebody who can work with an existing website made in Drupal to be able to make it so our agents can create a listing page with a description and photo and just underneath that display MLS listings by entering an MLS# in a search field and have it search the MLS and populate the page with the selected numbers. The developer we have currently developing it says it is a very difficult task and having worked with many developers in the past I know this not to be so. I only want to be able to input MLS numbers and create a page with a title like Waterfront Properties or Sky Rise Living, horse properties or simmiler niche communities, etc. should be an easy task. We already have a "Create a Basic Page" option for our agents. Now I just want them to be able to add MLS listings to that basic page - if we can accomplish that all will be good. Could somebody please give me a quote for number of hours and complexity involved along with pricing?

I'm always hesitant to work with non-programmers who say 'it should be an easy task'. If it were easy, then they should be able to do it themselves.

Do you have access to the MLS data, it is not free, and your source of data will determine how practical this is.

Also, I doubt you are using Drupal 8 if this is an existing site.

I believe it is a lot of work having to build a framework to map the data and import the listing but your developer will be glad to know, he wouldn't have to start from scratch: https://www.drupal.org/project/drealty
