Also, you need to report exactly what version of Open Atrium you are trying to install, what install option you used (normal vs quick), and verify that your server meets the System Requirements posted on the Open Atrium project page.

No further response from the original poster, so I'm closing this for now.

Feel free to reopen with full steps to recreate the issue in the latest version in a fresh installation if you're still having trouble - after checking the minimum requirements etc as suggeted by mpotter.
