IPhone 5s Using IOS 8, on Drupal 8 Beta 11
The pencil icon on the admin toolbar when pressed does not do anything. The icon does change color while being pressed but that is it.

I cannot reproduce this.

Please post steps to reproduce. Can you reproduce this with a vanilla Drupal installation?
