Edit Limit doesn't show edit link for RTL and non-English languages [#2513432]

Hello

I installed edit_limit module on a multilingual website. This module works fine for LTR languages but for RTL languages the edit link is not rendered.

This is screenshot of English language

@stallman, I was not able to reproduce this issue on latest dev version and on version 7.x-1.3.
Are you still facing this issue? If possible, could please give us more details of this issue?

Unfortunately I had to build my own module for my website. But I still have the above mentioned problem. The edit (some_time minues left) link doesn't appear for RTL languages (Persian, Arabic, ...)
