I think it would be nice to have a views page for affiliates to see their commissions earned by default. We need a patch with a good generic view that fills this purpose.

This can obviously be done without providing a default view, but for those not so familiar with views it would be nice to have something out of the box.

Added tab to Affiliates center by creating Page view with path of '/user/%/affiliate/commissions' and use contextual filters to select commissions based on provider argument of affiliates UID
