Redirect User To Edit Profile Page

Hi,

We are using CAS for user authentication.

When the user logs in via CAS, it will pull their info from our servers and create a user.

How can I redirect them to the EDIT page automatically after logging in so they can fill out some other fields?

I can't use PHP or have access to source code.
