For people using URL aliases with non-ascii characters Boost will only work on the home page. As described here there should be a change to the .htaccess file. I think including a note on this in the readme file would help a lot of people. (personally spent two weeks troubleshooting this)
For people using the Scheduler module, Boost will cache this module's lightweight cron located at /scheduler/cron thus stopping scheduled items from being published. I think the readme file should direct people using this module to exclude the path scheduler/* in their Boost cacheability settings
