I worked some while with the module and see the permisisons "" as a bad sitebuilder experience.
It was very confusing to me at first, and after that i had to tell my sitebuilders (whom i do not give "administer permissions"):
"After you check 'force existing users'", i have to give them a permission which allows them to be forced"
We should reverse these permissions to something like "Skip re-accepting foo" for 2.x

codesidekick CreditAttribution: codesidekick commentedI agree, generally permissions system should be about bypassing restrictions then enabling them (in that way the current permissions are a bit counter-intuitive).
I'm happy for permissions to be refactored to always abide by the principle that enabling a permission should increase a users access/freedom rather than decrease it.
