I have a field with field type as image , widget type as media and max file size for the field as 40 KB in one of my custom content types. When I add image using Library , My files option provided by WYSIWYG configuration, file extension and file size validation are not checked . Please help me to solve this issue .

As an admin there is no restriction. It's working for Anonymous or Authenticated Users.
