I know, it may sound crazy... but this question is not about setting up a local server/mysql using MAMP or WAMP and such. It's about being able to save out all html, css and javascript needed to render any given single page from a Drupal site without having to inspect a page with Firebug/Chrome Dev Tools etc. and saving down all the sources.
Is there a faster way of doing such?
