For some designs the scrollbar of the language dropdown can be disturbing. To easily remove it and optimize styling add an option to show all languages in the dropdown instead of limiting the visible rows. The easiest way is to the the visibleRows setting to the actual number of languages.

I think there is no need of this "All" option under this Language switcher dropdown module. Its depend upon locale module (which is in core) there you have to select/add languages under "Regional and language" and its a necessary steps for any multilingual site. If you don't select/add language then only default language will show.
Suppose if any Drupaler done this then the site admin have to translate or add string for each single node manually and that will be a time consuming task (its ok for small website but not for bigger website).
Thanks
