add/see comments on views

I have a content type that allow comments. If you look at one of them (say, node/54) it show the content, previous comments and the add comment form

In a view (that shows several of those content types at once), you can see for each of them. Regarding comments, the behaviour seems to be:

a) If you are anonymous, a Login or register button is shown to allow comments.
b) if you are autenticated, and there is no comment, you see nothing.
c) If you are autenticated, and these is at least one comment, you see "add comment" button

Whereas a and c are ok for me, b is strange. If you want to see comments, you have to select the title, and then the node (say, node/54)shows up.

Is there any way to see/hide comments for fresh new contents (or will it be in D8?)
