Title sort of explains it all, and this may be a dumb question. I have a handful of Webforms with "other" enabled in some select components. If I want to disable "other," that won't cause data loss in submissions already made that used the option, right?

I can't think of a reason why it should cause data loss.

If you want to be sure, you could set up a test environment, try it out and report back ;)
